Privacy Policy

Account details: name, username, email, mobile number and role (student, parent or staff).

Student records: course enrolments, attendance, timetable, test attempts, scores, essays and voice recordings you submit for practice tests.

Parent details: parent or guardian name and mobile number, used for progress updates.

Payments: amounts, receipts and payment status. Card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store full card numbers, CVV or UPI PINs.

Enquiries: details you give in admission, IELTS, PTE or visa enquiry forms.

Device data: basic technical logs (browser, device type, IP address) for security, and a notification token if you allow notifications.

To run classes and courses, mark practice tests, issue receipts and certificates, send class reminders, fee reminders and parent progress updates (mainly through WhatsApp), answer enquiries, and protect the Service from misuse.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Only with service providers needed to run the Service: Razorpay (payments), Meta WhatsApp Business (messages), our secure cloud hosting and database provider, an email delivery provider, and an AI service used to mark writing and speaking answers. Each receives only what it needs. We may also share data when required by Indian law.

Students under 18 use the Service with the consent of a parent or guardian, who can see the child's progress and fees. Parents can ask us to review or delete a child's data at any time.

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access rules make sure each person sees only their own records. Staff see only what their role needs, and verification codes are stored in scrambled (hashed) form.

We keep student and fee records while you are enrolled, and for up to 8 years afterwards for accounting and certificate checks. Enquiries that do not lead to an admission are deleted within 2 years.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent for messages. To delete your account, email info.proudforce@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account" from your registered email, or send a WhatsApp message to +91 97794 24255. We complete requests within 30 days.

The app may ask to send notifications (class and fee reminders) and to use the microphone (speaking practice). You can turn these off at any time in your phone settings.
